2 lbs to go!!

I have hit a plateau with my weight loss. But I had a breakthrough today. I am now at 217!

Alot of people ask me what crossfit is, so I decided to post this video from you tube. I think it really explains well what we do.

I also think that this video is super motivating.




Other than being sick the last week, I have never felt better in my whole life.
