Ok, so I know I havent posted in a while, but those of you that know me, know why. I am not going to discuss it here. Lets just say, I have had alot of time to work out. I am nearing my goal. I still fluctuate my weight a few pounds a day, but I am consistently at 218 in the mornings. I feel super confident for all of my workouts. I am now just continuing my goal of getting stronger and fitter.
Here is a recent picture of my Deadlift from friday. I set a personal record for single rep Deadlift----375# !!!

ReplyDeleteI was watching that kettle bell DVD. I'm getting a lot out of it. Watching it has helped me understand crossfit much better. Plus I get a kick out of how he says "Comrade!" in the beginning of every sentence. Those are some tough exercises. I might need to get a smaller kettlebell to do some of the exercises better.
